Frequently asked questions

Is the free trial really free?

The official English signup page lists a Free Trial Plan at $0 for 3 days with unlimited streaming of all titles. It also states that it rebills at $15 for 15 days afterwards, and that you can cancel at any time.

We have read that page but have not put a card through the form ourselves, so we cannot tell you from experience whether a card is required to start. Read the signup screen — the terms appear before payment.

Why is the trial better than the Japanese one?

We do not know. The Japanese-language side of the same service offers $5 for 10 days covering 20 titles at 360p. The English side offers $0 for 3 days covering everything. Same company, same catalogue.

The practical consequence is that guides translated from Japanese describe a plan you cannot buy.

Can I download the videos?

No. Current plans are streaming only. The FAQ states that downloads are available to recurring Legacy Download Plan members, and that plan is not sold to new members.

Are there English subtitles?

No. Nothing in the catalogue is subtitled. This matters most for the roughly 490 titles categorised for explicit dialogue, where the feature is the language itself.

What shows on my card statement?

The official FAQ states the charge appears as DTISERV.COM/INFO. Nothing in that names the site.

How do I cancel?

Use the cancellation form linked from the official FAQ, which requires cancellation at least one day before the next billing cycle. Confirm the exact renewal timestamp and time zone with the account or official support if they are not shown. Complete all steps and keep any completion screen, email or reference number. See our cancellation-record checklist.

Does a free first period mean there is no later charge?

No. The English signup page checked on 19 October 2026 lists a $0 three-day trial followed by $15 per 15 days. Read the initial and recurring amounts separately, including currency, interval and the actual next-billing timestamp. Our recurring-cost checklist explains what to record.

Does cancellation guarantee a refund?

No refund is promised here. Stopping renewal and asking about an existing charge are separate matters. The published terms state a no-refund policy, including partial refunds. Ask official support about the particular transaction; we have not tested a refund request.

Why can I not find anything?

Because the category system is genuinely difficult. Categories describe what a title contains rather than what it is about, six of them cover more than 70% of the catalogue between them, 17 have no English name, and the tag list on a title page is incomplete.

Browsing by performer works far better. Our glossary gives every category a real English name and a title count.

Do you host any video?

No. Every title links to the official site. We also exclude around 780 titles whose cover images show genitals.

Do you make money from this?

Yes — a commission if you subscribe through our links, at no extra cost to you. The affiliate disclosure page explains what we do and do not do because of that.

A month of Caribbeancom costs $44. The first three days cost nothing.

The English site lists a $0 / 3-day trial with the full library — all 6,274 titles, unlimited streaming.

After the trial the official page states it rebills at $15 / 15 days, and that you can cancel at any time.
