How to cancel Caribbeancom before it rebills

The official FAQ directs members to a cancellation form and requires cancellation at least one day before the next billing cycle. Check the account’s exact renewal timestamp and time zone; this guide does not establish a universal local-clock cutoff.

Where the cancellation actually lives
You will not find it under account or billing settings. The official route is a membership cancellation form linked from the FAQ page.
This is worth knowing before you need it. People go looking under their profile, find nothing, assume they are trapped, and start searching for horror stories. The form exists — it is just not where you expect.
Open the FAQ on the official site, find the question about automatic renewal, and the cancellation form button sits directly underneath it.
The timing rule
The official FAQ states it plainly:
Your membership will be automatically renewed every billing cycle. You must cancel your membership at least one day before your next billing cycle to avoid automatic recurring charges.
The FAQ does not identify a precise cancellation-cutoff clock time or time zone. A date alone is not enough to calculate the last safe moment. Check the renewal timestamp and its time zone in your account or confirmation, or ask official support. Act early rather than assuming that midnight where you live controls the deadline.
The practical approach is to act promptly once you have decided to cancel. Before confirming, check what the cancellation screen says about the access end date; we have not verified that date for an individual account.

Each plan has a different trap.
Three-day trial: record the exact trial-end and next-billing timestamp. The short period leaves little room to clarify missing details, so check the cancellation route and any unknown time zone at the outset.
30-day plan: use the actual next-billing date and time shown for the account. Do not treat “day 29” as a universal deadline without the time zone and cutoff.
360-day plan: set an early reminder and re-check the account’s actual renewal details. A reminder is a planning aid, not confirmation of a cancellation deadline.
What cancelling does and does not do
Cancellation is intended to stop future recurring billing once it is completed under the service’s conditions. It does not by itself establish a refund or the remaining access period. Check the account’s stated access end date and retain it with the cancellation confirmation.
The published terms describe sales as final and do not promise partial refunds. We have not tested a refund request. If you are asking about an existing charge, identify that transaction separately from your request to stop renewal.
Record what the cancellation confirmation says about access and future billing. Do not assume that restarting later will carry the same price or eligibility conditions.
Keep a cancellation completion record
- Open the cancellation form through the official FAQ. Check the account and subscription being cancelled.
- Complete the required steps. The terms, section 6, say an incomplete form or sending error is not processed; opening the form is not completion.
- Save any completion screen, confirmation email and reference number provided. Note the date, displayed time zone, renewal status and any stated access end date. These records help a later enquiry; they do not guarantee a particular outcome.
- If there is no clear confirmation, check the account’s renewal status and ask official support promptly. Quote the reference number if one exists, rather than assuming no email means either success or failure.

Use the official support route for questions about a subscription or an existing charge. Keep that enquiry separate from completing the cancellation form; a support message alone is not proof that renewal has stopped.
For a subscription or refund question, use the official customer-support route linked from the FAQ. If a charge is unrecognized, contact your card issuer through a trusted channel as well. We cannot predict a refund or dispute outcome.
We have not tested a refund request and cannot tell you the outcome. What we can tell you is which door to knock on.
Before you cancel, one thing worth checking
If you are cancelling because you could not find anything to watch, that may be a navigation problem rather than a catalogue problem.
The site sorts 6,274 titles into 73 categories, but the English menu shows 63 of them, seventeen have no English name at all, and the tag list on an individual title page does not show everything that title belongs to. It is genuinely difficult to browse.
Our glossary lists every category with a real English name and the number of titles in it. If the problem was that you could not find your way, that is a shorter fix than resubscribing later.
The Continent Fulling Of Hot Girls, File.064The short version
- Cancellation is a form linked from the FAQ, not in account settings
- At least one day before the cycle ends — on the day is too late
- Check the actual renewal timestamp and time zone; use an early reminder rather than assuming a numbered day is the cutoff.
- Confirm any stated access end date on the cancellation screen; we have not verified it for an individual account.
- Already charged? Ask official support about the specific transaction; contact your card issuer through a trusted channel for an unrecognized charge.
