Caribbeancom free trial: 3 days, everything

A heavy door left slightly ajar with warm light spilling through, a brass key on the threshold — three days with everything open

The English side of Caribbeancom lists something the Japanese side does not: a trial that costs nothing and holds nothing back.

It is easy to miss, because it sits on the signup page rather than being advertised. Here is what it says, and what it does not say.

This page contains affiliate links. Prices and plan details are what the official site showed in November 2026.

What the official page states

The plan is listed as Free Trial Plan (Streaming), $0, for 3 days. Underneath it, the official signup page lists six things:

  • Completely FREE for 3 days
  • Limit 1 purchase per person
  • Rebill $15 / 15 days
  • Cancel anytime
  • Unlimited streaming
  • All movies available for streaming

The line that matters is the last one. This is not a sampler of twenty titles. It is the full catalogue of 6,274 for three days.

Why this is unusual

Because the Japanese-language side of the same company offers something noticeably worse.

On the Japanese site the entry plan is $5 for 10 days, it covers 20 titles out of 6,274, the resolution is capped at 360p, and it rolls into the $44 monthly plan afterwards. That is 0.3% of the library at the lowest quality setting.

Same company, same catalogue, two completely different offers depending on which language you signed up in. We do not know why. We can only tell you that if you read a guide written in Japanese and translate it, you will end up describing a plan that does not exist for you.

What the trial is advertised to become

The official page says the trial rebills at $15 for 15 days.

The advertised continuation is paid, and the official FAQ describes recurring billing. Treat this as a recurring offer rather than assuming it simply expires. Confirm the payment requirement and exact start of paid billing, including its timestamp and time zone, on the account-specific signup screen.

Note that $15 / 15 days is not listed as a plan you can choose from the signup page. It exists only as what the trial becomes.

The FAQ is explicit about the timing: “You must cancel your membership at least one day before your next billing cycle to avoid automatic recurring charges.” One day before. Not on the day.

Before entering card details: save the offer terms

On 19 October 2026, the official English signup page displayed $0 for three days, followed by $15 per 15 days. That is the advertised offer, not a checkout we have completed.

  • Record the initial amount and currency, trial length, and any card requirement or verification hold shown for your account.
  • Record the next amount, recurring interval, renewal timestamp and time zone. Do not assume three days means a particular local midnight.
  • Read eligibility limits and ask official support about missing conditions before entering payment details. Keep a dated copy of the terms, without storing a full card number or security code.

What we have not verified

We want to be straight about the edges of what we know.

We have read the official signup page and the official FAQ. We have not put a card through the form ourselves. So the following are what the site says, not what we have watched happen:

  • Whether a card is required to start, or only to continue
  • The exact renewal timestamp and time zone that apply to an individual account
  • How “1 purchase per person” is enforced — card, email, or address

Competitor pages state these things confidently. We looked and could not find where that confidence comes from, so we are not repeating it. Read the terms on the signup screen before you enter anything; they are shown before payment.

How to get the most out of three days

Three days is enough if you do not spend the first one browsing.

The catalogue is badly organised for a newcomer — 73 categories, 17 of them without English names, and a tag list on each title that does not show everything the title belongs to. If you start by clicking around, you will lose an evening.

A better order:

  1. Start with recent releases. Anything from 2021 onwards is in-house and shot on current equipment. Older material is worth exploring later, not first.
  2. Pick a performer or a series, not a category. Categories here list what a title contains rather than what it is about, so they are poor filters. A filmography is far more consistent — though 801 performers appear only once, so a named series is the more dependable thread.
  3. Watch one full title. The median runs 61 minutes and the pacing is different from Western productions. Judging from a two-minute sample will mislead you.
  4. Check the renewal deadline early. The official FAQ requires cancellation at least one day before the next billing cycle. Check the actual timestamp and time zone rather than treating a numbered trial day as a guaranteed cutoff.

If you decide it is not for you

Cancellation goes through a form linked from the official FAQ, not through your account settings. Do it with a day to spare rather than on the deadline.

Use the official cancellation route promptly once you decide to stop. Complete every step and keep any completion screen, email or reference number. A form being opened or submitted is not, by itself, proof that cancellation has been processed. The cancellation guide explains what to record.

  • It rebills at $15 / 15 days, a rate not otherwise available
  • Cancel at least one day before the cycle ends, via the form in the FAQ
  • The billing conditions are published statements, not a checkout we have tested; verify the payment requirement and exact renewal timestamp for your account.
