Nicetitties: the tag that filters nothing
On the English category menu it appears as nicetitties, in lower case, untranslated, wedged between Big Tits and Small Tits.
Every instinct says it is a third size. It is not, and mistaking it costs you an evening.

What it actually is
The Japanese is 美乳 — literally “beautiful breasts”. It is a quality judgement about shape, not a measurement.
Big Tits is a size. Small Tits is a size. This one is an opinion, and it sits in the middle of them where a third size would go.
Why it is useless as a filter
It covers 4,481 titles. The catalogue holds 6,274. That is seven in ten.
Selecting it removes about 30% of the library. As a filter, that is barely filtering.
Worse, it is not exclusive with the sizes. 81% of everything tagged Big Tits is also tagged this. You can be big and beautiful simultaneously, which is fine as an opinion and useless as a taxonomy.
It is the second largest category in the entire catalogue. Only original — also untranslated — is bigger.
The Trouble of A Pretty SecretaryWhat to use instead
If you are filtering on body type, use the categories that describe measurable things:
- Big Tits — 2,358 titles
- Small Tits — 350 titles
- Slender — 1,784 titles
- Tall — 104 titles
Those narrow things. Small Tits at 350 titles is a genuinely selective category. Tall at 104 is scarce enough to exhaust.
The rule of thumb: the smaller the category here, the more it means. Anything covering thousands of titles is describing an element that happens to be present, not defining the title.
Why this keeps happening
Because the category system was not built as a taxonomy. It was built as a list of things a title contains.
Once you read the categories that way, the odd ones stop being odd. Masterbation — the site’s spelling — covers 2,098 titles, and 63% of them are also tagged Creampie, because a scene occurs early and the label stays attached for the rest of the runtime. The Lesbian category holds 114 titles and only six of them have no male performer.
These are not mistakes. They are a system that answers “what appears in this” being used as though it answered “what is this about”.

Once you know to look, the pattern shows up on both ends of the scale.
Small Tits is a real filter. 350 titles out of 6,274 — about one in eighteen. Select it and you have genuinely narrowed the library. It also happens to be one of the few categories the official English site translated correctly, so nothing about it misleads you.
Tall is scarcer still. 104 titles. That is small enough to browse to the end in an evening, which makes it one of the most useful categories on the site for anyone whose preference it matches.
Compare either against the four largest categories — AV at 5,682, Blowjob at 5,568, Original at 5,107, Bareback at 4,668 — and the difference in usefulness is not subtle. Those four cover most of the catalogue between them. Selecting one is closer to sorting than to filtering.
Why it was never translated
We do not know. What we can observe is that it is not alone: 17 of the site’s 73 categories have no English name, and the two largest categories in the whole catalogue are both among them.
The likeliest explanation is dull. The English side got a translation pass, the category list grew afterwards, and nobody went back.
Our glossary gives all seventeen a real English name and says what each one actually covers.
From today, I'm the boss's obedient pet.The short version
- 美乳 = “beautiful breasts”. A shape judgement, not a size
- 4,481 titles — seven in ten. Second largest category in the catalogue
- 81% of Big Tits titles also carry it. Not exclusive with the sizes
- Use Small Tits (350), Slender (1,784) or Tall (104) if you want a filter that filters
- The smaller the category here, the more it tells you
